Wazzup fooz!!! I am about 50 hours into fallout 3 and just found out (luckily before the last mission activated) that I can't continue after the last mission. Sooo my question is... If I have the first DLC installed... (op: anchorage?) then can I start the last mission and have it keep going? Like without losing ability to do FO3 side missions??

No, that would be the Broken Steel DLC that allows for that.
Of course if you're playing on the PC there are several mods that allows you continue after the main quest without Broken Steel.

So it's ok to do broken steel and op anchorage an ill get to keep playing after the final mission? And I'm on 360 thanks though.

Yup. Broken Steel starts after the main quest is completed IIRC.

Nope has to be Broken steel, I think they're the same price, but in my opinion you should get all the DLC.

Make sure you install BS BEFORE you do that last thang. And save often.
