I downloaded and installed Honest Hearts and that other DLC that nobody cares about. When I started playing, I got no notifications ,no new locations or quests were added, so I quit to the menu to see if they're under the "Downloadable contents" but nothing was there. I checked for the BLUS-30500 code and yes, it's there. I've deleted the "Fallout: New Vegas - (US)" and reinstalled and re-downloaded the DLC's a few times now but nothing happens.

Same thing happened to us. Went into the Game data utilities on the PS3 and found one of the DLCs downloaded twice, one with US version and one with CA. I deleted CA and it all showed up. Hope this helps

I can confirm that this works. I downloaded all three the other night and none of them showed up. So I did a bit of research and deleted that pesky "CA" file. All DLC showed up, and even my Tribal pack finally.... LOL. (I bought the game in May)
