I cannot hack the terminal in dead money to unlock the door to access the power box for the casino.
It says I need a science level of 75 or above.
Does this mean I cannot progress any further or is there another way?

Though I think I have a solution.

In the "gambling" area of the casino when you head upstairs you'll see a casino security code lying on the bar counter. This is what gives you access to the console without 75 in science.
