So I think I encountered a bug...
First off, I was trying to side with the NCR, doing all their quests and such, but I couldn't bring myself to kill off Mr. House quite yet, and being kind of greedy I was doing NCR quests at the same time as Mr. House quests. However, when I got to the NCR quest to kill off Mr. House, I decided it was time. Only problem was, before I killed him I turned in a few quests he had given me, and then promptly went to kill him. However, I realized that I no longer had the NCR quest to kill him, and the game had autosaved when I got to his dungeon, meaning I was pretty much stuck with him being pissed at me so I killed him anyway.
That's not the problem, the problem is that I seem to have lost all my NCR rep (it was idolized, now it's neutral), and when Yes Man tells me to save the NCR President, the only option I have is to say they hate me (but they don't). I was hoping this was a glitch or something, but I doubt it. I'd really rather not get a [censored] ending just because I did some overlapping quests.
