Black Marsh is ran by the An-Xhileel (unsure about the spelling) and they somewhat "worship" the Hist. That's about all i know.

This should probably go more into the Elder scrolls lore forum, you might find more responses there as well. May I recommend the Imperial library for info on Religion :biggrin:

Very much allowed. In fact, it's the focal point in most discussions here.

I suggest you take a crack at http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1112211-how-to-become-a-lore-buff/ in order to get a start. When it comes to research, NEVER EVER take shortcuts and use wikis and UESP. Instead, ask a question here and/or use this website, http://www.imperial-library.info/. It contains every in-game book, some play throughs, texts from developers, and The Obscure Texts (don't bother till you're comfortable with lore).

Morrowind has a great political system even if it has some flaws but over the years they've had a lot of peace within Morrowind with some tensions, but peace nonetheless.
