Queen of Bats?

In Morrowind, there's an artifact that never appears in-game, and is only usable via console, called the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Wings_of_the_Queen_of_Bats It's pretty clearly a Daedric artifact, but I'm not familiar with that title being associated with any Daedra or entity in particular.

The top choices would seem to be Namira, or possibly the Night Mother, but I was curious if there was any established lore on this subject.

I think it was cut content, actually. It might have been a daedric artifact, or a unique weapon (such as Chrysamere or Trueflame) that you would get after a series of quests, maybe even after fighting the Queen of Bats herself.

There is no existing lore assoicated with it- so it was likely to be debuted in Morrowind and have lore created for it. Clearly, that never panned out.

Maybe she has something to do with the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Unfinished_Quests? Maybe she's the Black Queen?

Probably Namira's. But she forgot to submit the particular paperwork to the Office of Sithic Affairs and Mortal Nuisances.

Why not Vaermina, since she is connected to the MW vampires?

I don't think there's any real reason to assume it's a Daedric artifact just because there are Daedric letters on it. It was found in Morrowind, after all, and the Dunmer love putting Daedric letters all over the place. I always imagined it was owned by a powerful Dunmeri vampire who hung out in a cave with bats.
