Are there mods for making most items hold more of an enchant value so you can put more of an enchantment on it, mods that improve enchanting and make it a little more effective? Also, is there a bug that keeps you from leveling up in the Mages Guild? I have been using the player console to adjust my stats and level, but have earned the level of skills I require and still wont level up, even though I exceed stats and are leveling up in the Temple. Thanks!

For the latter, most promotions require you to have enough FactionReputation points, a stat that's hidden from the player.
