Reliable Wrye Mash?

Is there a reliable implementation of Wrye Mash?

I'm using "wrye_mash_84dcg003_install.exe" and it does not seem to handle Installers correctly. Uninstalling an Installer will frequently (like 30% of the time) fail with a Python error and leave inappropriate files behind and fail to restore files that originally existed.

I believe Wrye Mash has problems with Unicode characters like the vowels with accent marks, but I've worked hard to eliminate any of those from the mods I've used. So I'm not sure what's going wrong.

Any ideas?

You can try Yacoby's Wrye Mash fork.

Have you check if your mods don't have the R attribute attached to them?

If so then it could be your problem because Melchor didn't fix that with the attributes before he went offline over a year ago, but Yacoby's Wrye Mash 86 Stand Alone can handle it properly IIRC.
