OblvionSkyrim Combat

Is there a mod for combat similar to Skyrim/Oblivion's combat as in not _% chance to hit but if my sword/spear/etc. is hitting the target it is a hit...

Yes there is, and I can not actually remember what it is called. Someone will probably be along shortly who will actually remember.

You'll have to read a bit. Keep in mind, Morrowind's combat will never be as good as modern games.

Edit: Personally I wouldn't use Gratuitous Violence yet, my personal experience with it is it makes several skills and attributes useless, and is still kinda buggy.

If you're just interested in making your own weapons hit all the time and not worried about npcs, just use the console to set your attack bonus to 100.

"Player->SetAttackBonus 100"
