Swift learner perk has 3 ranks according to the wiki, however in the bugs section it is mentioned that once you have the 3rd one it is available for selection again but the 4th time doesn't actually do anything, well am curious, and here's why:

this is how it looked in my pip boy, (one replaced the other each time perk was chosen as normal for the ranking perks)

the thing is for me, the 1st one did nothing, it was only the 3 after that actually seemed to make a difference when the exp meter came up.

anyone know for sure?

I'm playing on the 360. As far as I know, Swift Learner is a one-time thing; it doesn't come in levels like Demolitions Expert. In any case, I don't think it's worth getting since you have a limited number of levels in any case.

Swift Learner has 3 Ranks according to the GECK.

Rank 1 has a 1.1 exp multiplier
Rank 2 has a 1.2 exp multiplier
Rank 3 has a 1.3 exp multiplier

Bonus is non cumulative.

Governing Attribute is Intelligence greater than or equal to 4.

The perk has 3 ranks. Your game must have glitched. Also, the perk svcks because you already level up very fast by default.

Brilliant, thanks both, nice to have it confirmed, have started a new character again since my post and yes it seems it was indeed a glitch, this time, only 3 ranks, as it should be. Also am trying to get to level 30 asap, hence the use of the perk, got to go for perfect stats at least once. B)
