To put it simply the game won't let me use the wait function. I have no idea why, it only just happened about an hour before writing this. I was in Camp McCarran trying to do the wait for Captain Curtis, and it said I couldn't wait at that location. So I moved back to other parts of Camp McCarran and outside of it with the same results. Please tell me what's going on and if there's a way to fix it.
