I was playing skyrim and I used the thu'um unrelenting force and the silver hand went flying into the water so I leap in rambo like qnd I just see the silver hand floating doing nothing and so.was I because of the water I have knew this for a long time but it just really stood out in the moment .

So do think you should have the ability to fight to some extent in the water(less damage but maybe having skills like unarmed and melee effecting it) ?

IDK. Maybe just with non electrical weapons (no EWS no originals gauss rifle and pistol, no indutrial hand, no chainsaws, for exemple)
