If I want to buy a ton of Flamer fuel and energy packs, yet I've wiped out the Van Grafs, where can I get some? I know I could go to the BoS weapons salesman, but I want to buy like 10k Flamer fuel.

Try the BoS, Crimson Caravan, Cliff Briscoe, or even Gun Runners, although 10k Flamer fuel is unlikely to be found in a single store. And why do you want so much flamer fuel in the first place?

Brew your own - All you need is; A Workbench, 1 pack of Sugar Bombs, 1 Box of Detergent, 2 Maize Cobs & Science Skill 50.
This recipe will produce 20 units (~1 second squirt) of (home-made/crude) Flamer Fuel.
Ergo, you'd need; 500 boxes of Sugar Bombs & Detergent + 1000 Maize Cobs.... to attain your goal of 10k Units of FF (approx 8 minute squirt!).
^ This method maybe useful for subsidising the quantity you are able to purchase from vendors.

Considering, Home-made FF is crude, it will degrade your Flamer, faster (3x). In which case, ideally, it is going to be more beneficial to have a companion use HMFF instead of yourself, seeing as weapons are not degraded by them when 'fired'.

Also saving and combining 4 Drained FF Tanks gives 1 Unit of FF.
We get: 1 empty FFT for every 60units of FF used (I think).
:. 10k units of FF gives an extra ~40 units (2 seconds) when the DFFT are saved and combined.... meagre, yet every little helps!


Keep your eyes pealed for the ingredients and check in with vendors often to acquire the supply you require.

With a high enough luck skill you can play in the casino and use the chips to buy all pre war money available and sell it all to multiple vendors(Which add's up to around 150,000 caps I think)
