I'm trying to decide which game to buy for my PC to play with mods. I have played both FO3 and NV on my Xbox and loved them both, but now I want to see what mods can do to extend my experience. I only want to buy one at a time, so I'm wondering- which game should I buy first? My big question concerns mods. Which game has the best mods, and where can I find them? Specifically, I am interested in mods that add player housing, NPCs, quests (preferably with voiced dialogue), questlines, hardcoe tweaks, and bug fixes. I have poked around the Nexus a bit, but I'm not sure how to find these specific types of mods, especially high quality ones.

Well depends. Fallout NV has a better selection of mods to improve your gameplay unlike fallout 3 which Imo has the better game without mods. With mods though Fallout NV takes the cake : /
