Does any one know how to join the Talon Company or the raiders or the enclave or hitmen. I was wondering cause what do the bad characters do after there done killing . DO they sleep. and they are probabyl very wealthy!!!1

There really aren't any joinable factions in the game. You can become affiliated with several, like the BoS and the Slavers, but you can't really join any.
