Well, the title is pretty self-explanatory. It was a very generous step for gamesas to release Daggerfall and Arena for free (I wish all devs did that to older titles. Yes, I'm looking at you, John C.) - but what about spin-offs? I guess they are planning (?) to release them for series 20th anniversary in 2014, but well, considering how they are not as fondly remembered as main games, it would make sense to release them earlier instead of 20th anniversary.

That'd be really cool, and I expect they may do it in the future, but don't hold your breath - they may prefer to do something else with the titles. They aren't making money out of them anymore, so I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere down the line, once they are a bit more dated, they do release them.

Releasing them as a 19th anniversary gift sort of declares them trivial doesn't it?
