Ok so back near the end of the summer I got the greatest deal ever, i picked up the 5th aniversery, tin case with map included and bonus disk, nights of the nine, shivering isles, perfect condition for 20 bucks USED! but i'm kind of sad that it did not come with the fighters castle or the infamous horse armor. I mean Oblivion is still one of my favorite... collectors games, i never really played it often, but it's a nice show off piece, but i'm kinda going back through oblivion and again, i'm bumed out that ps3 players lack the great experiences of the "horse armor"... thoughts?

I'm on PS3 too. I considered getting an Xbox at some point, just so I could have all the extra DLC's that can be added on. But truth is, I'm easy to please. Even with the vanilla game there's still plenty I haven't done yet, even after 3 years and many multiple characters.

Dunno what to tell ya. Get an Xbox or a PC.

My opinion is that none of the DLCs (for Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim) are worth getting a new system for. With the exception of Knights of the Nine, I think all of Bethesda's DLC, going all the way back to 2002, are pretty lackluster. They are certainly not equal in quality to what the modding communities have created.

So I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. Bethesda makes overwhelming games but underwhelming DLC. You aren't missing much.

Yea I was kinda pissed about it, that I thought about getting a 360, but I like having a system that actually works...anyway, the DLC is really nothing to fuzz about, but alas the fact that with it I would no longer have to do the mages introductory quest for every single one of my characters...
