After reinstalling the whole Windows 7, am reinstalling Oblivion from scratch.
I have TES4Gecko 15.2, unzipped, created shortcut, clicked on it, got a message:

Java.io.IOException: unable to locate Oblivion installation directory
TES4Gecko.Main.main(Main.java:145

Can someone tell me how to fix this and how to give TES4Gecko the correct path?

you should get the oblivion construction set, i dont think they are compatable crossgame
