She already at level 20 and met Nadia (spelling) mother in the Muddy Rudder in Rivet City about 10 levels back.
Yes Point Lookout is ticked in the mod manager.
Oh one thing to just about forgot, I have a Point Lookout popup whilst I play Fallout3 proper and only way to get rid of it is to quick load.
So where is the boat to Point Lookout?
