hey fellow fallout 3 community,

not long ago i have bought Fallout 3 GotY-Edition. This Edition includes the hole dlc package. But how to start the dlc contend? I played fallout 3 without installing the dlc package until the video credits arise. ok... there the story ends for fallout 3... now i tryed to install any dlc package from my second dvd (actually there is only one .exe so it wasnt that hard to install it properly) into my fallout 3 folder... and as i have read in forums there shouldn't be any longer video credits, but an ongoing story. its missing... now i think i can't install the dlc package properly...

the forum generally knows this issue, i am aware of this, but the only solution is to reinstall the dlc package in windows 7 safe mode... but what my windows 7 has no safe mode? i am not able to enter the safe mode... so is it possible i cannot install the dlc? or does anyone no a proper solution for my problem?
