Fallout Support

I tried to submit a support case for my issues with Fallout 3 on win 7 x64 and the site is not working properly. If anyone at Bethesda reads this please look into it. It appears to time out while saving/submitting the case. I have a community work around for the game but the version for sale on Steam is still bugged and needs to be fixed. There are numerous negative posts on the Steam forums that are undoubtedly costing you sales. The issues I encountered were with an error regarding missing files during installlation and running the game on Win 7 x64. I really should not have to resort to google to get the game running since the GOTY version was released after the launch of Win 7. Your FAQS for Windows 7 make no mention of the common solution.

Edit: I sent another message to support@gamesas.com as I never got a confirmation from the first attempt.

Are you saying you can't post a request for service through the eMail option?

Because there just isn't regular Bethesda oversight here on the forums for things such as what your message is about. Sometime you can send PMs to those Bethesda employees who write an occasional sticky post and get through, but the general lack of official interaction must be company policy. That's the way it's been since before Morrowind, maybe all the way to Arena.
