As much as things change around here they pretty much stay the same.

There's always been Vegas ta draw folks in, and sooner or later she'll spit em back out.
These days things ain't really all that different than they ever was. Man, man never changes.
In the aftermath of the war between the New California Republic and Caesar's Legion a new power rises. The Courier found himself in a decidedly advantageous position and rather than take sides with either faction, or work for the betterment of the people as a whole, he did what was best for him.
The President of the NCR died in that disaster and the NCR took quick and brutal revenge. Under a new leadership they pressed in and they pressed hard, but when all the fighting was over they found the man behind this great terror was just a man. Scared, bargaining for his life. His execution brought no joy to the widows of the men who died to get to him.
As the NCR made their way back to New Vegas the soldiers realized rather quickly that another would rise up in Caesar's stead. It must have been a long walk indeed.
Arriving in New Vegas they were alarmed, to say the least, to find their way blocked. Now its a matter of contention amongst the people of this valley, did that Courier know that attack was coming? Did he aide them? Or was he just in the right place at the right time?
Whatever the answer was the NCR had little choice but to put expansion off for the time being and reconsider their position back in the safety of their capitol.
So it has come to be that New Vegas, she's the only game in town, and the house always wins.
Idea is:
All that stuff has taken place.
I'll be controlling most of the heads of the factions (this isn't a Faction Wars RP)
This will feature characters from "The Warren" whom I will control
Specifically, Zooey, The Cowboy, Collie, and probably the robot if I can remember his name.
If youve noticed id be doing a lot...its because I would be.
My idea is that by doing.g it thusly people can drop in or out without bringing things to a stand still. If someone stops posting I can PM them, if they've quit I can take the reins. That way if one person join.s and quits, I can continue as a Fan Fic, if several join and one in their party fades out I can fill in until the poster returns.
