This may sound like a bit of a stupid question for you expirienced modders out there but i have no idea how to make an npc, ive gotten one up in the geck i just cant figure out how to add objects to him or get him into the game. My goal is to create some soldiers to put in each town for an indy new vegas and eventually upgrade their armor and weapons. So any help would be appreciated thanks!
