Haven't seen modern mods for a while?

Has anyone seen any mods that remove the retro 50's feel of Fallout and replaces it with a more modern day flavor like modern cars, computers, maybe a iphone instead of a pipboy? I could have sworn I've seen something like this in the past, but google was no help finding it.

Also remember in fallout 1 and 2 were you could aim for someone crotch and they'd keel over like they were kicked in the balls? Ya.. I'm looking for a mod that does that too. If New Vegas is truely a sandbox game we should be able to shoot people in the junk.

I miss aiming for the eyes, personally. Nothing quite as satisfying as hitting someone in the eye with an M-72 Gauss Rifle and watching the back of their head explode.

I can understand not being able to aim for the eyes on humanoid NPCs, since a shot anywhere in the face should logically kill them outright and a bullet to the eye would poke at that far too much, but we really should be able to shoot monsters in the eyes, like Radscorpions, Deathclaws and such.
As for removing the 50's style, that would be far too difficult in New Vegas, because of how thoroughly it's tied into quests, environments and dialogue. It's everywhere.
Fallout 3 on the other hand is modern-themed practically from the start.

Shooting deathclaws in the eyes is part of the fallout lore. The deathclaws eyes are it's weak spot. This goes all the way back to fallout 1.

It would be nice to see this modded in. sigh.....

Also it wouldn't be fallout, best thing OP is to wait for someone to create an overhaul mod and create their own game within it.
