When I enter the BoS bunker and walk towards the radio my game crashes to desktop.

I did >Verify integrity of game cache and after it finished I got "1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired" with the same result. Crash.

Help me out here, please.

Crashes immediately after the whole gas cutscene or before it?

Try putting the Vault 13 Canteen in the footlocker near the entrance. I know it sounds weird, but I speak from experience.
This is for if you're crashing AFTER the gas cutscene though (so when the slideshow is supposed to start), otherwise, I dunno. Sounds like you may have to reinstall. :/

After the cutscene when I fall down and few second of loading screen.
I also tryed to run at low settings as possible, I even droped all my gear and send companions away. My pc is fully updated audio,video, defraged, scanned. I keep an eye on my machine closely.

I guess I will have to reinstall, funny thing is i just installed the game, about 30 min ago from the disc, before I decided to do dead money.

Maybe half a year back I played dead money successfuly well... almost... it crashed after the final cutscene.

UPDATE: Reinstalled the game this time not from the disc but via Steam. Used a program to clean registry. Same outcome - crash.
But finally (dont know what I did exactly I've done all sorts of things with in game items and inventory) it works, at least for now.
