The game run perfect from level 1 through 20 with no problems on my system which is very high end, but upon trying to enter any of the new dlc zones the game just goes to program has stop working. I've re-installed multiple times and my computer is updated fairly often. this is for the PC game System is a Amd Phemon 1090t 4.5 ghz 16gb 1866 ram game is installed on cosair m4 120gb ssd hd on windows 7 68bit platform

Do you have the Vault 13 canteen on you? Get rid of it.

Dunno why but I had trouble entering Dead Money, then when I put that canteen in that chest near it's entrance and tried to start it, suddenly it worked.
But yeah, try checking what items you have with you.

Ok I gave it a try and got rid of everything up to even shooting my ed dead and still got fallout stop working

Hmmm. Instead of reinstalling, have you tried reinstalling the DLCs? I play on PS3, so I can't help much, but it MIGHT be that your DLCs or whatever common files transport you from 'Vanilla' to 'DLC' sections is corrupted. Or, as dumb as this sounds, do you have the latest patches? Because if you have none of the official patches, that MIGHT be why.

Everything came from steam, I can self installed the patches it would seem. Tried that and nothing. still stops working after trying to enter any dlc zone
