im not much help but your computer can run it have you tried updating your drivers?

i have made it the solution was to download the d3d9.dll file from nexxus which forces the computer to use other settings and it works perfectly , it changes the preferences to medium but i can live with it . to everyone who have the same problem try to download the dll file from nexxus its some kind of bug with newer windows versions .

it have changed my nvidia gtx 470 card in option settings to a 7900gs card , that is with what im not happy because it was in first way a performance fix when i try to replace this dll with the dll from my windows then he shows me my actual graphiccard but the crash after loading screnn is with it , can anybody upload his dll when he is using a gtx470 graphiccard maybe it works then but i dont know ... ahhhh

i dont want to play with a dll data that is nearly 2 years old and set performances in other way and maybe causes trouble from which i didnt even know

and i have version 1.4 so i dont see why this bug should be related to the old one but if it is i blame bethesda for it , because it should be fixed with version 1.2

yeah actaual drivers everything updated but it still crashes lol i dont want to be forced to use an extern dll
