I'm getting in a post soon, now that I am home. Sorry about this Hiatus, it's just that I gained a interest in a little game called Minecraft...and I needed to catch up on AlChestBreach's videos. Don't worry, I'll get a response for everyone's favorite Sideburned nord soon enough.

Oh...I sure hope Arena and Mass Effect 2 don't distract me as much as Minecraft tried to...

For everyone in this RP, when ti comes to conversations:

It wouldn't hurt to get slightly more detailed posts, even if it is a conversation. It will only make the conversations longer, without adding context. For example, you can have a discussion between person A and person B go like this:

Post 1: Person A: My name is Tom.
Post 2: Person B: Hi, my name is Jack. Did you want something?
Post 3: A: Yes actually, I've heard you are a shop-keeper, correct?
Post 4: B: Indeed I am. Why?
Post 5: A: I need something from your shop.
Post 6: B: Oh, what might that be?
Post 7: A: A steel sword.
Post 8: B: I have one. Costs 50 gold.
Post 9: A: Ok, I'll take it.

Or, it could be shorter, like this:
Post 1: Person A: Hi, my name is Tom. I've heard you're a shop-keeper, correct? I'm looking for a steel sword, do you have one?
Post 2: Person B: Hi, my name is Jack. I am indeed a shop-keeper and I just so happen to have a steel sword for sale. A mere 50 gold. What do you say?
Post 3: A: Ok, I'll take it.

Same thing, but only 3 posts instead of 9 posts.

It might be just be, but I prefer the 3 post thing much more, especially if there's nothing fleshing out the conversation.

On my new post I made it where Danus is going to drink a little. So Gorbad if you for some reason you want your character to talk to Danus noe your chance. Otherwise He will just drink a little bit before heading back to the keep to talk to the Jarl.

You could wait around for the scamp-event. Just have your character sit around and drink, nothing else. Things will happen soon enough.

Unless you have something important to do with the jarl of course.

Well he had orders from solitude to try and convince the jarl to allow a small amount of imperial soldiers.

Yes indeed. In that case it's completely ok for you to go straight to the jarl. I'm currently writing that Gorbad saw the imperial stop by and have a few drinks, but I think it'd be smoother to just write that the imperial walked out of the inn in a hurry, as long as you also edit your end of the post to match that.

Actually, nevermind my post in the inn. It's just too complicated to create another situation in the inn so I'll just leave Gorbad where he is, playing suited war with the guards. But it'd be great if you'd still change your post to have the imperial move all the way out of the inn. It makes things less complex for near future events.

As for the bandits, no need to post with them in a while. Wait for the horse situation to clear out and the inn event to happen before continuing that story.

Make it two Nords. The farmer might have a lot to say to Daikanos... :smile:

Annika's talent with horses could be justified by Trixy in the RP. There's nothing about it in the character sheet and we could just assume that many random people in that world would naturally know how to deal with horses but a character with a special talent like that could be useful further down the road.

Thanks! I would have put something in the charater sheet, but I didn't know if there would be many horses and I didn't want to annoy people with my love for horses.

From this point, either Daikanos finds the horse or the farmer runs to the inn, alert the guards which would then alert Daikanos.

Whatever you prefer.
