The Other Enantiomorph

I've heard a lot of talk about the "Tullius-Ulfric-Dovahkiin" enantiomorph floating around, the idea being that since there will be only one canon ending on which to expand upon in future installments and they will be combined into one being in some unholy union akin to the Talos godhead and the Daggerfall ending. Moving on from that run-on, there is another godhead I want to discuss. "Alduin-Paarthurnax-Dovahkiin."

As I assume you know, you have the option to kill Paarthy during the game. Alduin, of course, is vanquished at the end of the main quest. If Paarthy is around to give his speech, he talks about taking command of the dragons ad trying to lead them down a more peaceful path. But should Paarthurnax be dead as well, that would leave only one person to rule the dragons. The Dovahkiin, dragonslayer or not, is the only one left with a Thu'um worth following.

So we have Alduin, the past king who is overthrown; Paarthurnax, chronicler and could-be king; and Dovahkiin, the rebel who actually overthrew the king and took power. I might be stretching things a little but I'd say that makes a pretty good enantiomorph.

I often wondered why there are two types of enantiomorph used as example, Mantling with three and recreating Auri'el, Trinimac, Lorkhan and then this King-Rebel setting which is more related to Anu-Padomay issues of brotherly betrayal (and murder). Both are called enantiomorph.

Is there difference? I've never understood the importance of recreating Anu-Padomay thing and why it has been so important thing in Lore-community in previous years (around Morrowind maybe?). It doesn't seem to lead into similar, or even distant, outcome as mantling Lorkhan, or achieving CHIM.

So how does Paarthurnax get blinded and/or maimed?

by being killed, likely. Personally, I spared him both times and shouted the Blades off a cliff.
