I'm trying to install the TESDTK dependency removed (from the TR downloads page) and getting the following error:

"The program can't start becuase MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer"

I have Java and the C++ 2010 runtime environment installed, anyone know what else I'm missing? I'm highly loathe to risk a "dll download" site...

It has to do with the java script. I had the same problem with it a couple of weeks ago. I just went to Microsoft got the dll and put in the system 32 folder manually (I have XP pro). Be careful of sites that offer to fix the issue for you, half of them are just come-ons for malware.
