I have no idea whether this is a common annoyance, but I have had this glitch since release. At dawn or at dusk I can see ripples across the sky. It seems to remain unaffected by any graphic options. I'm using HD3870 and my drivers are up to date. I found the following picture on a forum, reported by a user who has the same problem (sadly, it wasn't solved.)
