I last played Oblivion in 2008, and back then, I was really into the modding thing - I used Wyre Bash, Oblivion Mod Manager, OBSE, had several overhaul mods running together all at the same time, etc.

But, I'm looking to get back into Oblivion again, and yes, I am aware that a lot of time has passed since I last played the game, but I don't want to deal with the micromanagement of mods anymore. I just want one big overhaul mod that changes the gameplay, and from there, I'll use whatever popular texture/graphics mods to make the game look pretty.

Also, any suggestions for graphical overhaul mods? I know there is the Oblivion Graphics Extender mod out there...

Any suggestions?

If you want something new, you could try installing a bunch of http://www.saebel.net/TOQL/toql_Introduction.php I've noticed that quest mods, and magic mods are usually surprisingly compatible with each other, so really all you have to do is install, maybe check where there mod(s) start, and play.

I don't know about graphics mods, all I can really do is say "Uhh http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1352982-mods/page__view__findpost__p__20390218 where someone linked to a whole bunch of graphics mods."
