1. Where can I get a dart gun? I tried searching the entire wasteland and didn't find it.

2. How do I get to the underworld?

3. WHERE'S DOGMEAT!?!?!??!?!??!?!??!?!?!?!?!

It's been awhile since I've played it but...
1. You need to make the dart gun yourself. Check http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Dart_gun.
2. Underworld is in the the Museum of American History on the Mall.
3. Dogmeat can be found in the Scrapyard.

The wiki can be your best friend on this kind of stuff.

It requires a long and complicated Unmarked quest. Look on the wiki, or just pay attention when you enter the Museum of Technology.

1) Go into the museum of technology in the mall.
2) Read the terminal in front of the entrance, I think. It will give you a puzzle.
3) Answer the puzzle with the answer that is a prime number. If you didn't know, prime numbers can't be divided by anything except for one and itself, like 13.
4) Read all of the terminals, and look for quiz #2. Answer it with a prime number as well.
5) Look for the third terminal and do the same. It will tell you to go to a bus stop at a metro opening, Jury street metro station, kill the raiders, and it is on Prime's body in the diner. Enjoy your loot

1. Where can I get a dart gun? I tried searching the entire wasteland and didn't find it. The dart gun is able to be built by you when you have the schematics for it. They can be bought from Michael Masters after siding with the ghouls on Tenpenny Tower, the schematics are rewarded to yyou after finishing 'Head of State' when Hannible Hamlin makes it to the monument, and they can be found in a shack called the MDPL-05 Power Station next to a dead engineer.

2. How do I get to the underworld? The underworld is underneath the Museum of History, which is in the National Mall. It is on the northern side and is eastward of the Washington Monument. To get to the mall you would want to go through the metro in front of Rivet City.

3. WHERE'S DOGMEAT!?!?!??!?!??!?!??!?!?!?!?! In the scrapyard, which is south from Minefield and on the northern side of the potomac.
