I need a walktthrough how to send the -console command to Fallout 3/LIVE in Win Vista. I've used Win since 3.0 but can't get the console to unlock for Fallout to save my life.

While in the game press the ~ key (located just above the tab key) this will open the console and you should have a blinking straight horizontal line in the lower left corner. This is where you type in your commands

Your game should also freeze when this occurs.
