I've been playing New Vegas/Skyrim for a while, but I want to come back to Fallout 3, since I miss the metros and just overall feel of the DC wastes (not to mention the Super Mutant vs Brotherhood battles that popped up all the time.)

I checked out Fallout 3 nexus and saw that there are a few new files out there - mainly, "http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16787" and "http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16928", both of which look pretty sweet.

Here are the mods that I want to run, based on my old load order - I'm wondering if I am missing anything really good that has been released recently, or if this is still the defacto Fallout 3 experience:

I also want to run RH_Ironsights but I'm not sure if this is compatible with the weapons I listed above. I'd also love to run Apocalypse Armory, but it doesn't have a FWE patch/version as far as I can tell.

I'm in a similar boat. Played through on the xbox, now I'm doing it again with all of the cool mods. Your loadout looks good to me. For the GNR Radio, GNR_Enhanced seems to be the latest greatest (and any other radio station by Raptre). I'd add NMC's Textures if your computer isn't too ancient. There's plenty of RH_Iron sight plugins that may or may not work with weapon mods and FWE... looked like too much hassle, so I skipped it.
