Playing Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition with all the DLC's activated. Have finished the main quest and awakened in the Citidal Infirmary. Lyons' tells me to talk to Rothschild. I find him in the Lab, ask him to bring me up to date and follow him to the map. He tells me to step right up to the map so I can get a good look at it, and then, nothing. I've tried any number of combinations of positions and stances, constantly re-querying him, but all I get is, "Step right up. . . ."

Does anyone know if This is a glitch or what? Do I really need his briefing or can I just start wandering around on my own?
