Game Loads and starts at about 1 frame every 2 seconds then press start new game and starts working fine ffrom the Birth to going thru the atrium door then frame rate dropss to about 1 frame every 5 seconds but if i go back thru the door game starts working at prroper frame rate . (got me stumped) any ideas anyone?

What are your equipment specs, path to your fallout.exe and load order? It sounds like a weak graphics card, not enough ram, under powered CPU, wrong installation, too many mods, improper load order, etc.
