Is there a mod that allows me to start a new game with my pr

I have played enough of Fallout New Vegas, did all available quests including all DLCs, and now I'd like to start a new game but with my previous character with all his skills and perks and items -- I'm aiming to go on a killing spree just for fun, don't intend to do any quests again, and starting fresh will make that impossible (my char, of course, would be too weak).

Thanks in advance.

Why do you have to reset all of the quests to go on a killing spree?

Just put your character in the starting town (I forget it's name), save your game, and have some fun.

Let me see if I got ir right; all I have to do is go back to Goodsprings (I think it's the town's name, not sure though), reset all the quests, save and load the game? If it is so, how do I reset the quests, through a console command? Do you know which one?

BTW, all the already discovered locations on the map will also disappear as if in a new game?

I don't know about resting the quests but, you can use console command "TMM 0" to clear all map markers.

You'd have to manually input a resetquest XXXXX command for evey quest completed and failed. If you have a certain "childrens toy" on hand, it will just complete its relevent quest then and there.

Don't do this. Some quests won't be redoable without having the NPCs there. Your best bet would be to write down all your skills, SPECIAL, face info, hair info, and inventory. Then start a new game and use the console to mod your character to how he was. If you just reset the quests, for example (spoiler), if you try to kill Mr. House again, he'll already be dead so either you'll get stuck on that part, or you'll advance through it without doing anything.
