After releasing the "Unusual Specimens" and starting the "Institutional Data Retrieval Test (Basic)/(Advanced)" the terminals to retrieve the student records will not appear causing me to be trapped and rendering the quest impossible to complete. Any help?

I don't know what's wrong, but I suggest loading a later safe (hopefully it's not too long ago) and try it again, if it happens again maybe it is a game bug.
