I just gave Lydia the most powerful Daedric Armor and weapons ever forged. She regens health faster than any NPC, or combination of NPCs or any number of NPCs could ever hope to inflict, even on master difficulty. She's the most powerful being in the TES universe, and all she wants to do is watch me sleep...

Certainly among them. I used a mod that makes guards actually defend the player when attacked, and sat back to watch. That damn thing killed three High Ordinators before going down.

Howbout a Senche-Raht? I know they wouldn't be close to number one but at least in the list.

Not exactly sure if it mentions them being as intelligent as the other Khajiit, I would imagine so.
Just think of a Senche-Raht being skilled in Goutfang, Whispering Claw, or Rawlith Khaj.
