Every time I collect an ingredient in MW I have to spacebar, then drag & drop or 'take all'

Isn't there any easier way? Someone in #elderscrolls was saying the 'use' function should collect them but its not working for me. I have it mapped 'use == mouse 0' (the default) but clicking flowers does nothing.

I haven't played MW in ~7years I think so all apologies if this is a dumb question..

I have tried adding http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=5379 and now middle click seems to take all and close the menu (but it still requires an extra right click to move again) but I'd like to find a way to just click ingredients to harvest them (ala FO, OB, Skyrim)
