I was discussing things with Veronica when I asked her what she wanted, and all she asked for was a dress. Being the gentlemen that I am I set out to find her a elegant dress to the first places that came up to me. (Basically just Ultra Luxe) I consulted the strategy guide... can anyone tell me where I can get her a dress?? Her displeasure in those scribe clothes is killing me :cryvaultboy:

I'd also kind of like to know this. I'd like to get some fresh dialogue out of her (although I am enjoying the fact that she comments on the situation at hand every so often) and this sounds like a way to do it - or is it just a sound byte and not actually do-able?

I don't know if there's a quest for it but when I gave her a couple of pre-war dresses she made a comment thanking me for the dress.

I just gave her white glove attire from killing one of the guards and she did a funny little scream kinda thing.

I think you need to find the BoS or something, not sure yet.

Take her to Camp McCaren and talk to Hsu and the guy that sends you to Vault 22. The dress she wants is the one from the White Glove society. I gave her both those things and she gave me a quest to head back to the Brotherhood. Hope that helps.

It just triggered for me after talking to the guy about Vault 22. I think you just need to bring her through examples of other factions improving while the BoS stagnates a few times.
