Had some difficulties getting money. At end of the fighters guild when facing blackwood all kind of high value gear started to drop. Is it cause of my lvl or these mobs? It really made a big change but guess good loot starts to drop lvl 15+

Level 25 is the best loot. Thats why I usually cap all my characters leveling at 25. Anything higher, and monsters (if you play unmodded) get really REALLY powerful (bandits with pure deadric/Glass)

I am level 11 playing FCOM and loot just started to get a lot better at 10. It isnt exactly that the loot is getting better, but I am fighting braided bandits whose armor is work a lot...It is nice to have the money to recharge my weapons and stock up on descent potions, not just the weak variety.
