The important thing will be drums. And possibly pipes.
Look, I'm all for the woodwind pieces when exploring through Skyrim's forests. I do think there should be pub songs playing in the various taverns, salutes to brothers fallen, loves lost, times remembered, etc.
But I also want to see a larger amount of the epic music during important moments. In Oblivion for example: when on 'Light the Dragonfires,' the Septims' fanfare should be playing while riding from Weye to the very gates of the Imperial City. The Emperor of freakin' Tamriel is riding in to claim his throne. Guards should be out in force, both because the quest has the civilians of the Imperial City indoors under martial law, but also to offer salute to their new emperor. That eight second bit with trumpets? Nowhere near sufficient.
Granted, there's no indication of a Septim Emperor in this game. Still, there will be a moment where a nice epic segment is required. This being Skyrim, a chorus of Nords chanting wouldn't be too bad.
