How do I get to Galaxy News Radio?!

Post » Thu May 03, 2012 10:29 pm

Yes... I'm a nube with Fallout 3. I can't get to the dang GNR! Everywhere I go on the map to find it there's just a big pile of concrete blocking my path. Please tell me how to get there and find dad! I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks!

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Galaxy_News_Radio_(quest) You will find Three Dog there one of the most charismatic characters in the game.

As with getting practically anywhere in the D.C., you'll have to use the Metros. The exact route depends on where you're entering the city.

If you have a quest or location selected, even one that you place yourself especially in the DC ruins, if you look at your local map, you will see an outlined marker blinking as to where you need to go next. Your marker will blink faster the closer you get to your next waypoint.

I would assume that this happens in NV too, if so I've played a combined of 230h and never noticed this.

The system is identical on both FO3 and FONV.

If you can get to Rivet City, do that first. When you meet Doctor Li first, then find 3 Dog, 3 Dog will give you the key to Hamiton's Hideout stash once you complete the mission he'll assign to you (to retrieve a satellite dish). But maybe you can do this next time. The stash ain't all that, but it's kind of cool knowing you can get this if you do things out of order.
