I need help because i look for cheats in the whole internet. But i cant find anything for my PS3.

for pc are cheats available. why not for ps3.

As far as I'm aware there is no cheats for consoles. There might be some glitches that can be exploited. But I don't know any.
Why would you want to cheat on fallout 3 anyway? You'll only be cheating yourself

Im not the best gamer in the world. and i need cheats. so without cheat i died every 10 minutes or i have no munition an i die in 11 minutes. why ist cheating on pc available but not on consoles. i cant understand.

The cheats for a PC require a keyboard for input.

Have you tried lowering the difficulty?

If you havent tried setting your difficulty to lowest then do that. But another thing would be setting Int and luck fairly high. 7-8
High int gives you more skill pts per level , high luck gives you more crits.
Boost the crap out of your small guns skill , stay away from any mele till you get good at range first.
Take things a little slower , use sneak most of the time. It gives you the red warning at top of screen.
Getting through the initial part can be a little daunting for bullet conservation. But pretty soon youll have plenty of ammo and guns.
And then youll be like "This is to boring" I wish I could install mods to make it harder ..... hehe

Hmmm. I'm gonna state the obvious: lower the difficulty. Put on very easy. When that becomes easy, put on easy, when that becomes easy... you get it.

i play the game on very easy. this is the problem.

why threre are cheats available for pc but not for consoles. it cant be the reason only that console have no keyboard.

I guess because Bethesda didn't want you to cheat.

To make something more entertaining? That would apply to some. I had more enjoyment from playing with my perfect character than my characters that weren't maxed out. I'm currently hoping for the ability to do something similar in Fallout 4.

i think if i cheat for me on my ps3 for homeuse its ok. cheating in the psn to have a advanced to other gamer is not ok. but i lost my fun to play this game because i died much more then i play. i dont understand why cheat on pc available. its stupid. pc yes, consoles no.

Ya he said that a few posts up. As unimaginable as it is ... I suppose there are people who might not find the emersion quality of this game enjoyable. /sigh
As an FPS it does pretty good , but there are other games out there more focused on that aspect ... and have cheats up the wahzoo to boot.

Played as a game to just run through and beat is certainly possible , and not bad at all compared to others. But ... ???

There are lots of glitches for to exploit in the console versions, but console commands on the PC aren't really cheats. You cold just type tgm into the console and remove all of the challenge from it, but its meant to be used as a way to fix bugs in the system and allow the player more control over their environment.

You must not be leveling your character very good.

Don't go start thinking that BGS put in cheats for cheating sake on PC. As Lobotomine mentioned, those codes were put in there on PC to help them test and debug their software when BGS developed it. Those codes also help modders test their add-ons. The fact that some people use it for cheats is a tertiary result to their initial purpose.

The companies that make consoles do not allow mods (yes mods is the proper word for what you're looking for), its not any game developer's fault.

As for having difficulty on very easy I would suggest avoiding high level areas, stick to around Megaton until you've gained enough levels to branch out.

That's the point, but there are exploits if you want to check out the http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_Wiki you can find exploits etc. on there and I'm sure if you search the forums people will have written up exploits they have found.
