Kimba is Krippled

Post » Thu May 03, 2012 1:32 pm

Hey! Several of the Big Town people are behaving as if crippled and in pain, namely Kimba, Flash, Red, and Timebomb. I used openteammatecontainer 1 to give them stimpaks to treat whatever injuries they think they have, but it was a long shot. Any workaround to uncripple them so that they stop with the hunch over and slow, limping walk?

Hey 360 here. My experience with followers:

They will use Buffout
Charon is the only one to use a stim very very occasionally
Charon, Jericho and Star Paladin Cross will use food items if they have no Buffout (Cross won't use the Buffout at all)

So maybe give those guys some food and leave the area and see if they eat it. purified water perhaps... I figured out about the food as you find food items on certain NPCs, as in all the hit squads, and traders. Namely NPCs that seem to get into battles; I tend to find food items on them.

Try opening up the console, clicking on the affected NPC and type "disable" and hit Enter. Now without closing the console or selecting anything else (make sure the NPC name is still showing on the top of your screen) type in "enable" and hit Enter again.

If it's an animation issue or some other related bug it might fix their limping walk.

But they'er allready disabled .... lol , ya I was thinking something along the lines of adding health through the console , if the OP has it.
Your Idea is easier though , considering Im not sure mine was even doable.

If you are on PC, In the console you can try to click on the NPC and type
resethealth
restoreav perceptioncondition 100
restoreav endurancecondition 100
restoreav leftattackcondition 100
restoreav leftmobilitycondition 100
restoreav rightattackcondition 100
restoreav rightmobilitycondition 100

It should work.

By the way, I didn't knew about followers using buffout and food, I never gave them any. Thanks for the info, now I'll give them buffout and food. But I've seen Star paladin use stimpak.

Hey thanx for letting me know I wasnt totally crazy for thinking I could heal them through the console ... I used to be a druid you know.

But disable and then enable is still more effective when its all said and done. Thinking from the elite raiding perspective.
