check out ragingbull.com and duckandcover.cx and you can read some of the court documents about how Bethesda is trying to bully Interplay into bankruptcy through aggressive legal maneuvering. Bethesda did dirty little tricks like not allowing Interplay to even post on their website that they are working on Fallout MMORPG to try to hurt Interplay's chances of raising financing. Bethesda also tried to stop Interplay from selling Fallout Trilogy, which was allowed in their agreement and which Bethesda knew Interplay has been selling since 2005. These are just a few of numerous dirty tricks Bethesda employed to try to bully the little guy and force Interplay into bankruptcy by hitting them with inordinate amounts of legal expenses.
anyways, I'm getting more and more disillusioned with Bethesda's dirty business tactics... I hope Interplay gets the Fallout license back in the lawsuit.
