What the flying [censored], this does not make any sense what so ever. This thig is supposed to do 198 damage, however fighting Super Mutant Overlords and Reavers, the damn Atomic Pulverizer does more work than this thing. The reloading animation is also wack. Does this DAM calculate every three shots like the Assualt Rifle?

I belive Fallout 3 some weapons get a calculation bug in its damage output display
