I have the full NMC texture pack installed which looks great, but there are still some low res textures on random objects here and there. Are there any texture packs that I can install with NMC that will take care of this?

http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12132 is pretty good. It does overlap with NMC a bit so you'll either want to install F3R first and then reinstall NMC on top, or make sure that the F3R textures don't overwrite the NMC ones.
